Fancy Yancey Baking started off with Jessica Yancey, Owner and Baking Extraordinaire. After going through a huge lifestyle change and losing hundreds of pounds, she wanted to keep enjoying her delicious treats, but without all of the unnecessary carbs and artificial sweeteners that got her in trouble to start with.

After lots of research, trials and experimental cheesecakes sampled by her family, (With most being pretty good!) Jessica finally found the key ingredients needed to help her dishes stay low carb while remaining sweet and of course, keeping it fancy!

Whether at home hosting guests, or going to events, Jessica continues to make sure her delicious treats look as good as they taste!
